You can’t help but get pulled into the Keller family! Juliane Keller had a run in with Lukas in college and now he has shown up in her home town. In this special story, the characters deal with past mistakes in hopes of moving forward. Juliane and Lukas both go through personal trials and we follow their footsteps as they allow their faith to bring them together. This is my own personal honest opinion. Our heroine Julianne runs her family store and her sister has just moved back to town. Refresh and try again. For now, avoid forcing the issue with mere “lists” of works possessing an arbitrary shared characteristic, such as relating to a particular place.
Very encouraging and inspirational story. I like ho This story is a little more serious than some other Love Inspired’s that I’ve read recently.

Lists with This Book. Another good read by Merrillee Whren. Merrillee Whren is another new to me author. Kellerville Series by cover. After an absence of eleven years, party boy Lukas Frey has returned home to Kellersburg, Ohio to be close to his grandfather. Whren does a wonderful job of providing ways for us to see Lukas at his best, as well as seeing him almost break when things become difficult.
I loved the story and the wonderful characters.

I received a complimentary e-book from the author. Kellersburg seems like a nice place to live and the characters feel very real. Prodigal son theme with her sister Elise, and alcoholism theme with father and Lukas.
But she isn’t just a reminder of his past; she’s a woman with secrets of her own—and a heart capable of the kfllerville and love he needs.
Lukas is hoping to overcome his past mistakes and return home for a fresh start. There was one twist at the end, but I will not spoil that here.
